Horrible customer service today. I was asked if i checked my son in online and I said yes. They said he wasn’t checked in on the store so i went up to check him in and asked about the check in process. Whomever the young lady, if you can call her that, was, answered very rudely and treated me like I was stupid. I normally don’t snap back but I spoke back to her the way she spoke to me. The stylist was not friendly either. We won’t be back. Such a shame too. We’ve always had good experiences here in the past.

Took my 9yr old son to get his first haircut outside the home (mommy used to do hair so always cut it for him) and we had a great experience with Niara. She was kind, outgoing and really made my son feel comfortable. She even let me send pictures to his “smother” during the whole haircut. The haircut turned out great and both “smother” and son were very happy! Looking forward to taking my son there again!

I don’t mind waiting for 2 hours for a haircut but we can’t use their bathroom!!
